3. Notification: If selected, you will be notified as a potential vendor one month after the application deadline.

4. Application Fee: Being a potential vendor does not guarantee a spot. You will be informed of the date and time to pay the application fee.

5. Spot Allocation: Vendor spots operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The first 20 vendors to pay their fees can choose their desired location.

6. Final Confirmation: Your status as an official vendor is only confirmed after payment of the application fee.

7. Assistance: A dedicated team member will assist you to ensure a smooth application process.
